VPK Group is a leading European packaging group that develops and produces innovative, protective and logistical solutions. For Compliments Day, they wanted to spread positivity in their company with personalised cards and snack boxes.

Challenge

On the 1st of March, National Compliments Day, VPK Group wanted each of their 1300+ employees to personally feel how much their efforts are appreciated. In a world that rarely stands still, they were looking for a way to convey genuine gratitude and appreciation, knowing that a personal compliment goes to the heart of the working atmosphere.

Solution

JustBite sent 1,300 healthy snack boxes in VPK Group's house style. The box featured a positive message to deliver an instant good feeling. Inside, employees found not only delicious snacks but also blank compliment cards, ready to be filled with sincere, heartfelt messages from colleagues, which created a wave of appreciation and connection.
